The case was referred to Govt. of Maharashtra for investigation and appropriate action.  Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research Pune, which  runs the Maeer’s MIT School Pune has apologized for the misuse and has assured not to use the same hereinafter

Secretary Home, Chandigarh was requested to apprise action.  Home Secretary has now informed that office of the Hon’ble CAT is not displaying   State Emblem of India anymore.

Government of NCT of Delhi, Home (Press) Department has requested appropriate action against NGO called crime Immuniation Dais (CID), Shakarpur, Delhi

The Department is processing the case to grant prosecution sanction to the Govt. of NCT Delhi.
