Subject:        Information for fixation of levy sugar prices for 2008-09 sugar seasons.

Sir,

          It is intimated that the data regarding molasses and cane purchased during 2008-09 sugar season is required for calculating the levy sugar price for the sugar season 2008-09.  The requisite information is vital for fixation of levy sugar price and non-receipt of complete data will hinder the process of determining the levy sugar price.

2.       In view of the above, you are request to furnish the above information in the prescribed proforma (copy enclosed), by 27.11.2009, positively.  The information regarding molasses is to be furnished in the prescribed proforma duly certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant.
