NON- LEVY SUGAR :VALIDITY PERIOD: EXTENSION ORDER
 
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3E) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 read with the provisions of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966 and the Notification of the Govt. of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Deptt.of Food) No. GSR 462 (E)/Ess. Com./Sugar dated the 30th July, 1979, I, Sanjay Kumar, Deputy Director(Cost), Directorate of Sugar, Department of Food and Public Distribution hereby extend the validity period for sale and delivery/despatch of non-levy sugar on fortnightly basis for fortnights ending 15th and 31st December, 2009 for 10 (ten) days i.e. upto 25th December,2009 and 10th January,2010 respectively for December,2009 Non-Levy (Free Sale) quota released vide Release Order Nos. SC-II/2009-10/FS/O/Decmber, 2009/N and SC-II/2009-10/ FS/O/ December, 2009, 2009/G each dated 30.11.2009.
