CHIEF CONTROLLER OF ACCOUNTS
The Budgetary Allocation for the Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food & Public Distribution comprises of Grant No. 15 (for the Deptt. of Consumer Affairs) and Grant No. 16 (for the Deptt. of Food & Public Distribution). CCA (MCAF&PD) is wholly responsible for recording all the receipts and expenditure from the primary sources.
